  • Memberships may include club entry, VIP benefits, NFTs, and staking utilities.
  • Membership tokens, NFTs, or digital passes issued by BitcoinBeats Club are non-transferable unless explicitly stated.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate memberships for misuse, fraud, or violation of laws.

• 3. Token & Crypto Services

  • BitcoinBeats Club may issue native tokens for staking, utility, and ecosystem rewards.
  • Token purchases, staking, or use are not considered financial investments but rather a utility within our ecosystem.
  • Crypto transactions are irreversible. Users are responsible for ensuring accuracy before sending funds.
  • By participating in our token ecosystem, you acknowledge the volatility of cryptocurrency markets and accept all risks.

• 4. NFTs & Digital Assets

  • NFTs issued by BitcoinBeats Club may grant access to events, VIP benefits, or exclusive utilities.
  • Ownership of NFTs does not grant equity, voting rights, or financial shares in the company.
  • We are not responsible for secondary market sales, value fluctuations, or third-party trading platforms.

• 5. Payments & Refunds

  • Payments may be accepted in cryptocurrency and/or fiat currencies.
  • All transactions are final; no refunds are provided except where required by UAE law.
  • You are responsible for any gas fees, transaction costs, or third-party processing charges.

• 6. Events & Club Access

  • BitcoinBeats Club reserves the right to refuse entry to individuals violating venue rules, intoxication limits, or legal requirements.
  • Tickets, memberships, or NFT-based passes must be presented for entry.
  • We may change, cancel, or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances without liability, except for refunds where legally mandated.

• 7. Compliance & Legal Obligations

  • BitcoinBeats Club complies with UAE Federal Laws and DIFC Data Protection Law No. 5 of 2020.
  • Users must comply with AML (Anti-Money Laundering), CTF (Counter-Terrorist Financing), and KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements when requested.
  • You agree not to use our Services for illegal activities, including fraud, money laundering, or terrorist financing.

  • All content, branding, trademarks, logos, and digital materials related to BitcoinBeats Club remain our exclusive property.

  • Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for losses, damages, or disputes arising from crypto transactions, third-party platforms, or technical failures.

• 10. Limitation of Liability

  To the maximum extent permitted under UAE law:

  • BitcoinBeats Club shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to Services.
  • Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount you paid for memberships, tokens, or services in the last 12 months.

• 11. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your access if you:
  • Violate these Terms.
  • Engage in fraudulent or unlawful activities.
  • Fail to comply with membership or KYC requirements.

  Termination does not affect obligations relating to outstanding payments, liabilities, or legal compliance.
